RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Wild Gems we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free returns process.
Eligibility for Returns:

Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds:

Included in all product sales is a guidance on how to care for your jewellery, please note, any tarnishing, general wear marks, scratches of jewellery will not count as faulty or damaged items and will not be able to be returned or replaced.
